Another Friday and another weight in....and the results are positive. I lost another 1.2 pounds for a total of 10 pounds lost. Progress is slower than I would like, but it is going in the right directions.
As a part of my commitment to renew myself, I signed up for Tae Kwon Do in January. I have been attending with my oldest daughter Sarah. Through the class, I can feel myself getting stronger and more in shape. More importantly, I can feel myself re-gaining balance. I have made a point that these 3 hours a week are mine--nothing gets in my way. I am finding balance between my job, my family and me. That's the point of all this.
