I had a wake up call about a month ago. I stepped on the scale for the first time in almost 6 months. In that time I had gained 30 pounds! I was at an all time high of 261. I can believe I had let myself get to this point. At that moment I decided to join Weight Watchers online. I needed to do something.
I am following the Flex Points plan. I need to have the flexibility to make choices from some of my favorites, while still having a structure to follow.
It has to work this time! I will be posting my weight every Friday and my measurements once a month.
